  • Amendments to Chapter 200: Zoning, Section 4.2 Rural Residential (RC), Subsection C: Uses Permitted by Special Permit, by striking “limited to tier 1 (5,000 square feet)” from paragraph (19) to read as follows: (19) “Marijuana cultivator pursuant to ~ 200-7.17”, and by adding new paragraph (21) to read as follows: (21) “Marijuana product manufacturing and marijuana retailer as accessory uses for the use “marijuana cultivator pursuant to ~ 200-7.17”
  • Amendment to Chapter 200: Zoning, Section 4.2 Rural Residential (RC), Subsection C: Uses Permitted by Special Permit, by striking subsections (19) & (20) in their entirety and replace with a new subsection (19) as follows: (19) “Marijuana cultivator pursuant to ~ 200-7.17, provided that any structure erected for such use in the RC Zoning District must also be usable either for other agricultural use (such as hoop houses, greenhouses and barns), or for residential use.”
