a. 6:00 p.m.: Application of John F. Shultis for property located on Pickett Lane (Assessor’s Tax Map R23, Lot 49), which is located in the Suburban Residential (RB) Zoning District, for a special permit pursuant to Sections 200-7.8 and 200-8.3 of the Zoning Ordinance, in order to allow a Flag Lot at this location.
a. Approval Not Required (ANR) Plan Endorsement for Parcel R23-49 (Assessor’s Tax Map R23, Lot 49) submitted by John F. Shultis.
b. Proposed fencing plan for 347 Wells Street.
