  1. Approval of Meeting Minutes from September 2, 2021 and September 8, 2021
  1. Action Items:

a. Approval Not Required (ANR) Plan Endorsement for 107 Fairfield Street East (Assessor’s Tax Map R24, Lot 6) submitted by OV Properties, LLC.

b. Planning Board Deliberation on the Following Proposed Zoning Amendments:

  • Extension of GI Zone on Map R42, to include all or a portion of lot 4 that would include the shop building and run all the way down the river.
  • Amendments to Chapter 200: Zoning; Section7.17: Marijuana Establishments, including the addition of two definitions below and amending the ordinance where applicable to reflect the new definitions:
  • Marijuana courier
  • Marijuana delivery operator or delivery operator
  1. Discussion Items:

a. Proposed zoning amendments to Section 200-6.7, Signs, of the Zoning Ordinance.
