Schedule of Public Meetings & Hearings
The Commission will review a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Mark Stadnicki of SVE Associates, Inc. representing Alexander and Brittany Barisano. Applicant is seeking a determination as to whether the depicted tree removal and construction of a single family home, driveway, and associated septic system are subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and the Greenfield Wetlands Protection Ordinance. Proposed tree removal will take place in the 25-foot No Disturb Zone, while other proposed work will take place within the 100 foot buffer zone bordering a vegetated wetland. Perimeter erosion control will be installed and maintained prior to construction work in the buffer zone. The disturbed areas will be loamed and seeded once the system is installed.
