a. Application of SunBug Solar WM , LLC for property located at 75 Prospect Street (Assessor’s Tax Map 53, Lot 11), which is located in the Urban Residential (RA) Zoning District, for a special permit pursuant to Sections 200-4.4(C19); 200-8.3; and 200-8.4 of the Zoning Ordinance, in order to allow the installation of a 11.745 kW DC ground-mounted solar PV array (66 panels) at this location.
a. Application of Community Action of Pioneer Valley, Inc. for property located at 95 River Street (Assessor’s Tax Map 33, Lot 10), which is located in the General Commercial (GC) Zoning District, for site plan review pursuant to Sections 200-4.9(B8) and 200-8.4 of the Zoning Ordinance, in order to allow the redevelopment of the former Red Barn Grocery Store to consolidate it’s programs to one location. The building and use will change from being a grocery store to being used as offices, a food pantry, dry cold storage, etc. Proposed improvements include a new accessible entry, patio, parking areas, loading areas, lighting, landscaping, and utility services.
