- 7:00 p.m.: Application of SunBug Solar WM , LLC for property located at 75 Prospect Street (Assessor’s Tax Map 53, Lot 11), which is located in the Urban Residential (RA) Zoning District, for a special permit pursuant to Sections 200-4.4(C19); 200-5.3(E2); 200-8.3; and 200-8.4 of the Zoning Ordinance, in order to allow the installation of a 11.745 kW DC solar PV array (66 panels) on the roof of a carport structure with a 20% reduction of the required setback from 10 feet to 8 feet at this location.
- 7:15 p.m.: Application of Smokey Leaf, LLC c/o Aman Kaur for property located at 45-49 Bank Row (Assessor’s Tax Map 51, Lot 18), which is located in the Central Commercial (CC) Zoning District, for a special permit pursuant to Sections 200-4.7(C21); 200-8.3; and 200-8.4 of the Zoning Ordinance, in order to allow a marijuana retail establishment at this location.
