  • Declare Real Estate located at 294-296 Federal Street, units located in the 298 Federal Street building as surplus property and transfers to Mayor for sale.
  • Authorize the Mayor to Sell City property located at 294-296 Federal Street, units located in the 298 Federal Street building.
