1. 3. Potential amendments to the Zoning Ordinance relative to outdoor marijuana cultivation facilities.

1. 4. Potential amendments to the Zoning Ordinance relative to urban beekeeping.

4. Action Items:

a. Planning Board deliberation on the proposed Zoning Map Amendment for 41 Oak Hill Road, a portion of 75 Oak Hill Road, and Parcel R20-10T.

b. Approval Not Required (ANR) Plan Endorsement for a lot at 27 Champney Road (Assessor’s Tax Map R40, Lot 11N) submitted by Scott and Denise Devlin.
