a. Joint Public Hearing with the EDC on the Zoning Map Amendment for 41 Oak Hill Road, a portion of 75 Oak Hill Road, and Parcel R20-10T from General Industry (GI) to Rural Residential (RC).

b. Joint Public Hearing with the EDC to Amend the Zoning Ordinance Section 200 7-17: Marijuana Establishments, Marijuana Indoor and Outdoor Cultivation.

  1. Action Items:

a. Planning Board deliberation on the proposed Zoning Map Amendment for 41 Oak Hill Road, a portion of 75 Oak Hill Road, and Parcel R20-10T from General Industry (GI) to Rural Residential (RC).

PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with Home Rule Charter, the Economic Development Committee and Planning Board will hold a joint public hearing on Thurs., Oct. 6, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the John Zon Community Center at 35 Pleasant Street to consider the following proposed amendments to the Greenfield Zoning Map and Ordinance:

  • Zoning Map Amendment for 41 Oak Hill Road, a portion of 75 Oak Hill Road, and Parcel R20-10T from General Industry (GI) to Rural Residential (RC);
  • Amend the Zoning Ordinance Section 200 7-17: Marijuana Establishments, Marijuana Indoor and

Outdoor Cultivation.
