Application of Jim Boyle for property located at 105 Newton Street for site plan review and approval pursuant to Sections 200-4.9(B23) and 200-8.4 of the Zoning Ordinance in order to allow the demolition of the Rugg Lumber industrial buildings and the construction of three (3) storage buildings and a small office.
a. Planning Board Recommendation to the City Council on the Acceptance of Verde Drive, Phase 2, as a Public Way.
