Chapter Land & Agricultural Preservation Restriction
Chapter 61A and Chapter 61B applications must be filed by October 1 of the calendar proceeding the fiscal year for which they apply; Greenfield's fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30.
Chapter 61 plans must be renewed with the forester every 5-10 years depending on your particular plan. The updated plans must also be submitted to the Assessor's Office by October 1 of the calendar year preceding the fiscal year for which they apply.
