CODE ENFORCEMENT COMPLIANCE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (CECAP)

The city's Code Enforcement Compliance Assistance Program (CECAP) ran from 2019 - 2020 and was designed to expand and make more effective Greenfield’s effort to preserve and upgrade Greenfield’s housing stock in the downtown neighborhoods. The program took a proactive approach to code compliance by providing workshops and technical assistance to landlords to help them manage their properties effectively. CECAP was funded with support from the Community Development Block Grant program.
