  • Physical fitness classes
  • Health promotion activities
  • Social / recreational programs
  • Cultural offerings
  • Volunteer opportunities
  • Help with Medicare and simple elder law issues
  • Onsite laptops with wifi

A free membership is required to attend most Council on Aging (COA) programs and classes, and to use other COA services. We can register you in just a few minutes, and we are available to help you discover programs and services that fit your lifestyle and schedule. Some programs are drop-in, while others require pre-registration. The COA staff help elders and their families and caregivers connect with our regional elder services network.
