Our department consists of a permanent career force, supplemented with a call force. Each has its own hiring process.

The Fire Department uses the general city employment application which can be submitted to Human Resources via email; at their City Hall office, Room 206; or in the secure drop box by the City Hall side entrance, accessible 24/7. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
