Retirement Board Records Request


This is the form to request public records from the Retirement Board only. For records from the city of Greenfield, please use this online public records request form or contact the City Clerk's Office by email or phone at 413-772-1555.

All Retirement Board records requests will be responded to within ten (10) business days after receipt of request. Responses may indicate further time is necessary or additional information is required, or may provide an estimate of fees required to fulfill the request. The price of records requests varies; fees are changed in accordance with Massachusetts Public Records Law (Massachusetts General Law c. 66, section 10). Please be as specific as possible when requesting information.

Pursuant to public records law, all exemptions will be redacted from any and all material being released.
