COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMMISSION 2022-2023 FUNDING
The Community Preservation Committee is seeking proposals for projects requesting Community Preservation Act funding for fiscal year 2023. One-page pre-applications, which will determine project eligibility, are available below and were due by Sept. 30, 2022. Applicants whose projects were deemed eligible for CPA funding were invited to submit a full application by Nov. 30, 2022.

AVAILABLE FUNDING
For the 2022-2023 cycle, the Community Preservation Committee has $335,000 to allocate to projects submitted by individuals, community groups, nonprofits and City government that enhance affordable housing, historic preservation, and outdoor recreation/open space. Some funds are reserved for each of the three project categories, with the remaining funds in a flexible account that can be used for any of the CPA categories.
