The Greenfield Department of Public Works will again be assisting residents in disposal of their Christmas trees.
Residents have two options:
1. Greenfield residents who receive curbside trash collection can place trees curbside for collection at no charge. The curbside collection period will commence January 3 and run through January 20. Collection will be on the same day as trash collection, however a different vehicle collects the trees.
OR
2. Trees can be brought to the Transfer Station at no charge for Greenfield residents. Non-Greenfield residents will be charged $10.
Transfer Station Hours:
Tuesday through Friday - 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Saturday* - 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
* Beginning January 15, Saturday hours will be 7:30 a.m. to noon.
Please note, the Transfer Station will be closed Friday, December 30 and Saturday, December 31.
