What is your selection process?

The selection process for hiring is done by first carefully comparing each applicant's education, skills and experience to the minimum qualifications in the job description, as well as looking closely at any transferable skills the applicants may have. Second the department head, and any staff who may be involved in the selection process, as well as the Human Resources Director will look at the qualified applicants to determine their choice for interviewees. The group will then converse and settle on a final 4 or 5 applicants to invite for an interview.
