Resident Parking

Resident parking permits are available for residents living in certain neighborhoods with marked “Resident Parking Only” areas. Resident parking permits may be obtained at the Treasurer/Collector’s Office in City Hall, Room 105, during business hours. You must bring proof of residency such as your driver's license, utility bill, rental lease, etc. There is a limit of two resident parking permits per household.

Current resident-parking-eligible households are along:

• Northeast Main Street area: Osgood Street, Church Street, Park Street, and Franklin Street.
• Southeast Main Street area: Prospect Street, Prospect Ave, Congress Street, Grinnell Street, and Hope Street.
