Official Form for Processing Public Records Request for the Greenfield Retirement Board
All public records request will be responded to within ten (10) business days after receipt of request. Responses may indicate further time necessary, additional information is required, or an estimate of fees required to fulfill the request.
Pursuant to Public Records Law all exemptions will be redacted from any and all material being released.
Please be as specific as possible when requesting information.
The price of records requests varies. Fees are charged in accordance with Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10).
On June 3, 2016, Governor Baker signed An Act to Improve Public Records into law. Provisions of the new version of the Public Records Law that will become effective during 2017. Please be aware, the current law will remain effective until that time.
